The company was formed in order to better serve the unique needs of our closest clients. Ken Miller

Ken is the principal broker and owner of Northstate Commercial Partners. Having been in the business for over 30 years and developed friendships and professional associations across the state and the country, Ken prides himself less on what he knows and more on who he knows. With affiliations in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ken has built a network of trusted colleagues across all geographic regions and product types that continue to feed real estate and development lead his way on a daily basis. Over the years, Ken has participated in numerous high-level assignments including federal and state agencies as well as a number of the most recognized companies in America.

Donna Pottorff

Donna has provided strong support to the Northstate team since 2005. During that time Donna has mastered the tasks of brochure design, drone flight, accounting, payroll, preparation of high-level investment offerings, and a multitude of other responsibilities. With her "get it done" attitude and commitment to detail, we have every confidence that when Donna does it, it gets done right the first time. Donna has become the office manager of Northstate Commercial Partners in 2016.

DEBBIE WALL

Debbie Wall is a twenty (20) year commercial real estate veteran in Shasta County. Debbie specializes in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties, 1031 exchanges, site selecting, and leasing. Prior to joining Northstate Commercial Partners in 2020, Debbie was with Terra Properties. Debbie’s portfolio includes a list of 15 years of loyal clientele, 85% referrals as well as successfully closing transactions with Pier One Imports, Dutch Bros, KFC, Little Caesars Pizza, Frito Lay, PG&E, and various state & county facilities.

As a California native, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, and traveling. In support of our local community, Debbie serves on two Business Park Owners Associations and has volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, Easter Seal Society & Toys for Tots.

Debbie studied Business & Real Estate at Ventura College and Shasta College finishing as an undergraduate. Debbie also graduated from Northstate Business School with honors.

VANESSA CASTAÑO

Vanessa is a highly skilled and dedicated commercial real estate agent specializing in multi-family investment properties, self-storage facilities, and retail businesses. She has been a licensed real estate professional since 2020 and is pursuing her CCIM Designation. As a fluent Spanish speaker, her versatility has allowed her to work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

With a knack for solving complex problems, Vanessa is known for her proactive approach to finding solutions that benefit her clients. Vanessa prides herself on being customer-oriented, honest, and ethical. Her enthusiasm and a high degree of integrity inspire trust in those she works with, and she values the relationships she builds with each client.

Vanessa has an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and uses her expertise to guide clients through every step of the process. Vanessa’s passion for real estate and her commitment to excellence makes her an ideal partner for anyone looking to buy or sell commercial properties.
